With a few exceptions, anyone can buy a long gun, as long as the item is legal in your state; in addition to that, we have to follow the rules of your residence state, like waiting periods. No handgun sales unless we ship it to your state.

If you have military orders to be stationed here in NV, you can buy anything. If your orders are TAD / TDY (temporary training orders), you must use your STATE ID or military orders for the state you are stationed in. This matters if you are from a restricted state like California. We can sell what is legal where you have PCS orders, or your legal residence. Detaqils matter, Ask us.

Yes! We have alternative financing available, made possible through Credova. Credova lets you purchase the items you want now and pay for them in installments over an agreed-upon period. If you have a shopping cart subtotal over $300 and are ready to purchase, you can choose Credova financing as a payment option during checkout. From there, you will be asked to fill out an application so Credova can determine at its discretion if you are eligible for alternative financing.

Depending on what it is, you can return items, like Firearms that have been shot or longer than 48 hours are considered used. We may offer to buy them back, but it will not be a return. The Return price will be determined for most firearms, and it is not a 1-for-1. If you bought something that has been under 48 hours and unshot or damaged, we offer store credit, less $25.00 for services rendered, Backgrounds are never returned, and you will need a new background if you decide to get a different firearm. Rifle is 18 years old and 21 for handgun ammo. If you have a rifle that shoots handgun ammo, Bring the rifle in to prove it and we will sell it as rifle ammo.

Nope, never, unless there is a legal dispute involved or a court order. The financing company will require gun info but that is due to you agreeing to the terms when you finance a firearm with them.

Short answer NO. We were the first to provide our own background paperwork to prevent this new registration. Since Covid hit, NV has been asking for all of the gun information. We refused to do so and have since gathered proof of the database. They no longer hide this fact. Long answer, we have to share the gun info if you are denied in the background or a Legal trace comes to us.
